Here are a couple of my recent runs around Misawa. I think one of these times I’ll take a few pictures during my run (Similar to YES MAN?). That might make it more interesting.

I would add my swims to this post, but really; who wants to see time, distance and random data?
Very stressful run today; but it all ended well. Overall score was a 77.35; needed a 75 to get everyone off my back. 26 Push-ups, 37 Sit-ups, 12:41 minute run and 35.5″ waist. With the upcoming testing methods I would have earned an 84.
